Return Policy

LATE / LOST/ STOLEN ORDERS

Wildflower is not liable for packages that arrive late, are lost, or are stolen. Please track your package and make every effort to be there when your order is set to arrive. The carrier will have the most up-to-date information about your item once you have received your shipping confirmation.

RETURNS

All Wildflower purchases are final. If the product is not damaged, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the problem in your item must be approved by Wildflower, and if so, it will be replaced at no cost. No returns on items delivered more than 30 days ago.

Returns are not permitted for adhesives and removers.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

When your return is received, you will be notified via email and you will be notified again once the item(s) have been inspected and a decision has been reached on whether or not a refund will be issued. If a refund is required, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale. No returns/refunds on sale items.

SHIPPING

You should return your product by mailing it to: (1134 Emily Ave. Rohnert Park, Ca. 94928)

The buyer is responsible for returned item's shipping fees. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

 

Wildflower can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s so it's encouraged to use a traceable mailing provider or purchase shipping insurance.
