Shipping Policy
Order processing, delivery and shipping
Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays, all purchases are processed and sent on business days only. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next working day.
Standard orders
Standard shipping on all US orders. Orders received by 3:00 pm PST will be processed in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders received after 3 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day.
- All shipping charges are set by the courier, not by Wildflower.
- The entire value of the order is in US dollars, and overseas clients may be subject to currency rate differences and customs costs.

GROUND
Cost depends on location. (2-7 business days)
2-DAY
If your order is received by 3:00 pm PST, it will be processed the same day, based on product availability. Orders received after 3 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. 2 day orders may necessitate a signature upon delivery.
OVERNIGHT
Within 1-2 business days. The cost of 1-2 day shipping is determined by your location. If your order is received by 3:00 pm PST, it will be processed the same day, based on product availability. Orders received after 3 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed for overnight delivery on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight deliveries may necessitate a signature.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate delivery time for your packages. Please refer to the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date delivery information once your product has been sent. Wildflower is not liable for lost or stolen packages, so please track your shipments.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates only apply to in-stock items and may not be accessible based on shipment circumstances. Out-of-stock goods are subject to availability.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Overnight and 2-Day shipping options are not available for select areas in like Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders must be mailed by the United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO locations.
You are responsible for validating the shipment address and may be charged for incorrect address costs/re-delivery.
In the unusual instance that a package is refused and returned to Wildflower, all items must be received in the same condition that they were given to the receiver, and we will solely refund the buyer for the products (excluding all adhesives). The consumer is liable for any return fees and other carrier fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure that all item displayed are in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase has been submitted, we will ship the other goods in your order and send you an email informing you that one of your selected items is unavailable. You will receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item. We will not mail the item when it becomes available again because we do not have a backorder system.
